Operation Brew

Step in the door and you're greeted by lots of greenery, with plants flowing down from suspended hangers and a green wall. The plants are fake, however, but the coffee is the real deal. Operation Brew offers a range of seasonal and standard espresso drinks (including the spicy mocha I tried), as well as pastries and breakfast sandwiches.
